In order to process your complaint as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to fill in our service form and send it to us. You will automatically receive a copy of your service form.
- Please send us the sample with a description of the fault.
- In order to reproduce the complaint in full, we need the remainder of the roll and the print file.
